After an intake interview via phone call or video conference , all plans are designed around your goals, training capabilities, schedule, injury/medical limitations and training age. I use periodized training to optimize performance for projects/goals/competitions, prevent overtraining, and progress performance. My plans take a holistic approach to training and also include life-style improvement recommendations (different for every person).
All training plans are shared via Google Docs in order to allow for live changes/alterations if you have any life changes or need the plan to work in a different/better way for you!
